MnROAD Facility
The Minnesota Road Research Facility is a key element in TERRA's comprehensive road research strategy. TERRA’s primary strategic focus is to take advantage of the MnROAD test facility and associated resources. The structure and strategic direction of TERRA was developed by a task force of government, industry, and academic representatives, which investigated road research governance structures and evaluated ways to broaden the use of the unique capabilities of MnROAD.
