The 2012 TERRA Pavement Conference featured sessions on pavement preservation, low-volume roads, and alternative bid projects. The emphasis of the conference is new materials and methods that can assist decision makers in providing the most cost-effective strategies for building, repairing, and maintaining pavement infrastructure.
